there are a couple of guidelines. The exchange rate is 80 SINS = 1 SCAP.
SINS to SCAP swaps are only possible in amounts of 1000.00019 SCAP, which is the collateral amount for a masternode.
Additionally, all SINS to SCAP swaps will be locked as masternode collateral for one year, which also rewards those who participate in a SINS to SCAP swap with masternode rewards for that year!

Amounts not multiple of 80,000.00 SINS will be returned!
